Tablao Las Carboneras revives the spirit of Madrid’s old cafés cantantes in a contemporary tablao beneath a 16th-century palace. Founded by renowned bailaoras Manuela Vega, Tacha, and Ana Romero, it presents rotating lineups of top-level dancers, singers, and guitarists in an intimate space where every gesture is magnified. Expect earthy zapateado, soulful cante and intricate guitar, framed by thoughtful lighting and a convivial restaurant setting. With Spanish gastronomy and visual art exhibitions woven into the experience, the night becomes a living portrait of today’s flamenco in Madrid.
