Everything was magnificent: the room, the atmosphere, the dancer, the singer with his magnificent voice and the guitarist. The staff were adorable and the tapas delicious! I'd give it 5 stars despite the inconvenience we experienced: the reservation was made for 7pm, as the confirmation e-mail clearly indicated. On the other hand, the downloadable tickets indicated 5pm. Imagine our surprise when we were told we'd missed the show... saving the email saved us: I showed that we'd paid for 7pm and that the error had come from their system. The ushers were very cooperative and offered us to come back for the 9pm show, as the 7pm show was sold out. We didn't let this event spoil our divine evening. A word of advice: when you receive your tickets, open the file to check that the schedule matches.

The environment and ambiance was amazing. The stage is very close, you can watch it very well. The dancers were incredible. It is definitely an activity that you should definitely participate in. We only got the drink and show option and it was quite sufficient and enjoyable. The wine was also very delicious. We chose the 10:45 event and were very pleased with everything.

The actual flamenco dancing was good, but the 5 people were sat on stage before the dancing started and in-between the dancing and they were giggling and talking together which did not seem very professional.

Very nice show, but the table locations are very poor: I spent the whole show looking at the backs of the dancers and couldn't see the musicians. Spectable dinners are not elaborate. I'd recommend only taking the show + drink.

I love it! I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong day (where I wouldn't be in the city anymore), but they changed it for me with no problem whatsoever. The show was beautiful, sits were comfortable, and the atmosphere very friendly. It lasted one hour, which is great so it doesn't get too tiring, specially for me as a pregnant woman, and if you are with kids. The dancers are amazing!!

The show was incredible, I went with the fear that it would be a little "tacky" of those who do only for tourists but I must say that I was wrong. It was elegant, with a lot of style and personality and the voices and moods of the two singers impressed me. The musical voice that did not need Chelo's music and the guitar that was played in a fabulous way made my hair stand on end. And that bailaora who let the shawl dance with such elegance and style that even tears came to my eyes. 5 stars and all the recommendations in the world. By the way our most sincere congratulations to the kitchen team both salty tapas and sweets..... of the highest quality, presence and flavor. 10 stars!!!! So, one of the best experiences we have had. Thank you team!!!

First off, it said there were only two tickets left for the palace and would only let me buy them if I also bought a flamenco ticket. So I selected a ticket for May 16 but it changed it to May 23 without me realizing it. Now I'm out some $80 Or something like that. Total scam. Had to rebuy the tickets when I got to the palace. And then worse off, come to find out you can just buy tickets at the palace for much cheaper than online

The environment and ambiance was amazing. The stage is very close, you can watch it very well. The dancers were incredible. It is definitely an activity that you should definitely participate in. We only got the drink and show option and it was quite sufficient and enjoyable. The wine was also very delicious. We chose the 10:45 event and were very pleased with everything.
